How long does it take to build a Power Apps app or a Power BI dashboard?
There’s no fixed timeline, because it depends on how many processes, data sources and users are involved. We start with a short discovery, then build a prototype you can test and validate before development begins, so the final solution matches how your team actually works. For example, Ascorp reduced offer preparation from one day to 5 minutes with a Power Platform solution.
Do we need to replace our ERP to get Power BI reports?
No. Power BI connects to the systems you already use, including ERPs, SQL databases, Excel files and cloud apps, and combines them in one report. Reports refresh automatically from the source, so your team no longer exports data to Excel by hand.
What Microsoft licences do we need for Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI?
It depends on what you build. Some Power Apps and Power Automate features are included in Microsoft 365, while premium connectors require Power Apps or Power Automate premium licences. Sharing Power BI reports usually requires Power BI Pro licences or Fabric capacity. We review your current licences before recommending anything new.
Can you move our servers to Azure and Microsoft 365 without disrupting the business?
Yes. We plan the migration in stages and agree the cutover schedule with you, so teams keep working while systems move. IBT, a transport and logistics company, moved its on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure with Pepas Cloud.
Is our company data safe with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents?
Copilot only accesses data that each user already has permission to see in Microsoft 365. Before rollout, we review permissions and data access so agents and Copilot don’t expose information to the wrong people.
